Can't access my retro localhost

This appears on my server site... What can I do?

Make sure you have URL Rewrite & PHP installed.

I do!! I spent my all day trying to fix this with no rest

yes i do! i have everything

Do you have ip4v restrictions installed? I think you justb locked yourself x)

When I test my localhost connection on IIS it says that it cannot verify the path. Maybe thats the problem

Make sure you have imported the htaccess rules in your URL Rewrite module.

Now the page is just completely blank... Please someone help me!!!!
