Can someone explain me what the heck is with all that hype around Asiimove skins?

I mean cmon... nor only this is not a nice skin, it looks like the gun was drowned in MS Paint,

Why the heck it is the highest price skin in cs:go and why people love it soo much here too? i mean what is sooo lovely about drowning a gun in MS Paint?

I saw many releases in my short time here and i saw much better works than simple " lets copy a skin out of cs:go and put it here "
But still people loves these one much more than the one that took much more work...
