UCS is a server emulator for the famous game Clash of Clans.
UCS allows you to host your own games for you and your friends instead of connecting to Supercell servers.
Please note that:
UCS is not affiliated with Supercell.
UCS is not a cheating tool. Everything happening on UCS will remain private and will never synchronize to Supercell servers.
Requirements:
UCS is a console application developed in C#. It requires:
Windows 7 x64 OS (or above)
Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5.1
Any rooted Android or jailbroken iOS device.
I recommand using a rooted version of BlueStacks if you want to play from your computer.
You can also connect UCS with a non-rooted or non-jailbroken device by editing your router configuration, but no support is provided for this at the moment.
Please note that UCS has been tested with a few devices and some connection issues may remain.

How to use and connect ![

Connect to a server
Requirements:
Any rooted Android or jailbroken iOS device.

With an Android device:
Download and install Hosts Editor
Add a new row:
Hostname: gamea.clashofclans.com
IP Adress: address of the computer running UCS (example: 192.168.1.12)
With an iOS device:
Open /etc/hosts file (can be accessed with iFile)
Add a new row:
Hostname: game.clashofclans.com
IP Adress: address of the computer running UCS (example: 192.168.1.12)

Start the game:
Ensure you meet all the requirements, then just start the game normally.


Edit server configuration

Description:
Server configuration is stored in ucsconf.config file, which is located in root folder.
It can be opened with any text editor.
Config parameters are:
startingGems: initial gem amount at player creation
startingGold: initial gold amount at player creation
startingElixir initial elixir amount at player creation
startingDarkElixir: initial dark elixir amount at player creation
startingTrophies: initial number of trophies at player creation
startingShieldTime: protection shield time (seconds) at player creation
clientVersion: required Clash of Clans version to connect to the server
useCustomPatch: indicates if UCS enables clients to patch with custom content
patchingServer: Web server used for updating client (ie. csv files)
maintenanceMode: indicates if UCS is under maintenance (players trying to connect will see the maintenance message)
databaseConnectionName: indicates which connection string of ucsconfig.config UCS has to use (enabling switching between mysql and sqlite)

How to edit:
You can edit value attribute in xml tags to customize your server configuration. Do not edit key attribute.
You will have to restart UCS for the changes to take effect.[/CENTER]

Server Guides
Running a public server and connecting:
Download the latest UCS (server) zip or rar file and extract it to the desktop.
Edit ucsconf.config to your liking, you can change the starting gold, elixr, and other values new players start with.
Run ucs.exe. Ignore any warnings from Windows or your Antivirus, it is completely safe, but can be prone to some false positives.
Port forward port 9339 in your router settings. If you don't know how to do this please Google it rather than ask, it's different for each router.
Find your current IP address at http://ipchicken.com/
Edit your hosts file:
Android (Root required!):
Download hosts editor.
Click the + sign in the app on the top of the screen
Under IP address, type the IP address from step 5.
Under hostname, enter gamea.clashofclans.com
Click Add Hostname and exit the app.
Uninstall Clash of Clans if you have it, and reinstall it.
Open Clash of Clans, and you're in!
iOS (Jailbreak required!):
Open /etc/hosts with iFile
Add a new row that looks like game.clashofclans.com <YOUR IP> replacing that with your own IP from step 5 of course.
Uninstall Clash of Clans if you have it, and reinstall it.
Open Clash of Clans, and you're in!
You can share your IP and the instructions from step 6 with anybody who wants to connect! You now

I know part of the issue is due to obfuscating the code.
What I don't know is if this code was compiled by the OP or not.
I don't know if source is available or not.
Would like to clarify that I cannot honestly validate due to the unsigned / obfuscation on the executables whether this is a false positive or not.

I did some tests on this in a sandbox, it behaved somewhat erratically and has some fairly extreme code obfuscation on it. I wouldn't recommend downloading it (especially seeing as the 'official' download from the ultrapowah site is behind a survey, all together that just screams bad news).

I know @teamgameover did not release anything with ill intent. But I appreciate the further testing @Ness199X
I'm going to remove this thread. I too noticed it in SandBoxie, but I lost power last night and could not get back online to do anything about it.
