Read the tutorials provided here in ragezone. They contain all the information you are looking for.

please give xlsx to txl convertor. all your htmessage, tantraparam are xlsx files and not .xml ,

there is no way to convert to .tpa

just open it via Excel then save that one into XML .
then try to convert
