VPS Slow or what?

Hey, My Habbo Retro https://loycity.se Has been up in 1week and one day but not same VPS but now It started to be really laggy in game, and i just tried to restart the vps, nothing happend.
The website works fine just the client thats laggy after 1week and one day. Could it be something with the habbo.swf? or emulator? What does you think?

Mind posting the specifications of your VPS? (CPU Speed, CPU Name, RAM, etc.)
