Making Char thru Website.

Good day!
Is it possible in K5 to create a max level char via website?
If yes, can anyone help me about this?

I intended the game to run for my friends with zone 1, 6 and 10 only then for less hassle after they create an account they can also make a char after loging in via website.

*Choose a job

via website.
