Season 4 3D/HP Bars Feature ?

The client folder has a settings.ini folder which states 3d can be enabled , yet when i set the value to "1" then save the document , start main.exe , login , select character , There is no 3d Effect ?
Exactly the same thing happens with HP Bars and any of the other options

Any idea whats going on here ?

In most clients when 3D is enabled in settings file, you must enable it in game too. Usually it's on keys - F10/F11/F12/HOME/END. If it will not work, try also F5 - F9.

Naw didnt seem to work thanks >.< any other suggestions ive spammed F5 F6 F7 F8 F9 F10 F11 F12 Home End And nothing happens
