Setting up a server

I went through the forums, couldn't find an active link to download server files. Also I need a guide to customize the RB system according to my ideas.. I am a total newbie to softwares and applications and codes n everything. Anyone patient enough to help me through? I wish to start a server as a professional and wish to run it as a business. Got a concept in mind, need a tech guy to help me out.. please let me know :)
