Help Model & Matter

Pleas Help me :
Why in Perfect World Server 151 , when i clone a equipment n weapon not working .
its like : when i drop that stuf its change to Box or other item n model ..
how to fix it ,, even i change model mater few time ,, its still like that

example : when i clone Helm .. then i drop it to ground ,, model that helm change into box in ground but whne i pick in back ,, its still Helm thath weird
or i clone armor ,, then i drop it ,, model on ground chane into doble axe etc
