Smc

Hey mates,

I'm trying to edit an item but it shows. query error : Unknown..
I checked SMC_EDIT_ITEM, but nothing is wrong there.

Any idea, any help?

I can not Edit/Add/Delete items by SMC, once it says query error: Unknown the whole frame gets bugged until i move to another one then back to it.

What files are you using, and are you using the SMC that came with them without modifying the files?

Without having this problem myself or been able to recreate it all I could guess, is that there are procedures for SMC in the databases that are referring back to the old database names such as "SRO_VT_SHARD" when you could of changed the name of them and not fixed the values to your new database name.

Possible Fix: Go into your shard database and look for these procedures http://i.imgur.com/LIR6DRq.png
and open them all up and look for ones that refer to the old database name (if you changed it) and type in your new database name. Do that for all of them and let me know if that fixes it for you! :)

Well first of all thanks a lot for replying again to me
Secondly i already checked that and nothing wrong there, smc was working properly and then after a server resetup i guess a server file was changed such as gatewayserver/gameserver. after that the smc edit/add/delete items doesnt work anymore.

Maybe u can add me on skype 'krall1238' so maybe u can help me better?

I don't have skype, but i'd like to find the issue and have it posted on the forums so if anyone else comes across it then they will know how to fix it.

Anyways, i'll take more of a look into the issue your facing when i'm messing around on my server next. I personally don't use SMC as i've had no reason to do anything but start the server modules.
