Auntefication error from JoinServer

Hello, i use zTeam 6.3 server files. Shortly after the start server , I have such error:

.net framework - installed
visual C++ - installed
OS - Win Server 2008

I use 3 joinserver's - all have error.
Help please. Tnx.

is your JS working fine with the shorcut link and the ports and IP on it?
and your ConnectServer working fine too?
I got this problem before, but I don't know how did I fixed it. XD
