For clientside change it in itemseteffect.edf serverside setitemeffect.dat

If you want to remove the yellow bonus on seteffect to disable stacking them just change the sequence to 0 in serverside and all 0 too in the clientside file.

I think he's talking about cheat , which allows to wind property of armor
