Failure to connect to the server can be based on many things. First make sure that he is running as administrator without UAC running. Change compatibility to run as Windows XP SP3. Double check that you have used the /openserver command. Double check your serverlist, HTMessage and that all ports are actually opened. If you are running this locally on your LAN then check your Admin.txt file and make sure that the IP is in the list. Check these prior to checking the account.
