Every map freezes

I am using Aion-core emulator and my map keeps freezing whenever I use the sanctum teleporters (Poyidus in Sanc and Doman in pandemonium). Apparently this error log shows up in the Aionlog folder:

Obviously this is a issue with the NCsoft>Aion>Data>Animationmakers.pak but let me tell you I reinstalled Aion and repaired my client so many times.

It does this for every map the only way to unbug the map is to use the GM command ".movetonpc"
So Idk what to do at this point and I've been stuck for some days now. Can someone PLEASE help me fix this? I also tried the //map unfreeze command, but still nothing along with multiple system restarts which didn't work either. I am using retail client (version 4.7.5.18) and in AC-Config-Main-Gameserver I set the correct version to 4.7.5.18 so I don't know why all this freezing and crashing is happening. I literally tried everything, including a new gameserver with fresh files.

So yeah, I don't get it. Not even a full reinstall of Aion helps. And everyone that's playing my private server is having this issue, not just me. I'd appreciate if someone can teamview me or something. Sorry for the long post
