Hey Ragezone!.

I am currently looking for qualified members to help me with a new network I am establishing. Right now, since we are new we need a few positions filled and we have a lot of projects that will be coming out within the next month or so. We plan to have a base by July and ready to release two big name games as we undergoing testing before we release them.

Here are the detailed qualifications for the positions we are looking for :

System / Game Administrator

What does this job entail? : As the System / Game Administrator you will be handling any direct things having to do with the server, this meaning if you we put up a server we will give you the server you will handle. You will be in charge of all GM's in the system. though you may pick these yourself we tend to like someone from our Management team verify that SGAs are doing their proper jobs. You will make sure everything goes smooth within game and make sure all players are happy and report daily to the management team.

Specifications Required
3+ Years of Linux / Window System Administration
3+ Years of PHP / MySQL Experience
Previous Experience with MMORPG Games
Fluent English ( Must live in USA, Canada, UK, Australia, Germany or Italy )

Game Masters

What does this job entail? : As a Game Master you will be acting as the subordinate to the Game / System Administrator carrying out various tasks they will assign you on a weekly basis. Your job is to verify that all users are following the TOS set by the management team for each game. This position you must show well judgement and not play favourites towards any of your friends and/or family that may play said game. However you will be given an amount of in-game cash every month, but it is to be strictly used for events.

Specifications Required
Previous Experience with MMORPG Games
Previous Experience with Customer Service
Knowledgeable in the game you are going to apply for.
Fluent English ( Must live in USA, Canada, UK, Australia, Germany or Italy )

Forum Administrator

What does this job entail?: As a Forum Administrator you will govern the forums over Forum Administrators and make sure that all rules are followed along with the rules of the Forum TOS. You are allowed yourself to create rules to help keep the community in good shape, and will follow proper procedures to make every end-user happy. You will also make weekly task assignments to Moderators.

Specifications Required
3+ Years of Knowledge in IPB
1+ Year of PHP
Previous Experience in Customer Service
Previous Experience in a Large Community ( IE, Forums, Bulletin Boards, ETC )
Fluent English ( Must live in USA, Canada, UK, Australia, Germany or Italy )

Forum Moderators

What does this job entail?: As a Forum Moderator you will follow all rules given by Forum Administration Team and complete all weekly tasks on-time and fully. Though You will be given times when you will moderate the forums, it does not limit you to do what you need to make sure that the forum stays in shape and clear of any SPAM.

Payment Specialist

What does this job entail?: As a Payment Specialist you will be handling any donations that the server may receive. This meaning you will over see all transactions that go in and out of the donation section of the site, and making sure users are happy.

Customer Service Specialist

What does this job entail?: You will handle any trouble tickets that may arise in case of an error or issues with the servers or any complains against staff members.

Web Designer

What does this job entail?: Creating a unique and stylish interfaces for the web for us to present as our face to games and our community. This job being fairly important all designs must be clean, professional and free from any issues.

3+ Years of Photoshop Experience
2+ Years of Building HTML Templates
Knowledge of Flash is a Plus
Fluent English ( Must live in USA, Canada, UK, Australia, Germany or Italy )

Honestly why the specify the location of your staff beside the "Fluent English" requirement? Honestly, if you think only certain people speak fluent english then I must say, I'm amazed.

Do any of these jobs entail payment? If so, which ones? Also, how do you expect some of these positions to have PHP experience? If you ask me the website developer you hire should know CSS, HTML, and PHP. I also suggest that you get a site up so people can look at your "brand". I wish you good luck.

Well, you're missing out a lot of great people who might not meet one of the requirements on your list, I think you should revise these. Especially the requirement of the country, I speak fluently English but I'm not from one of those countries which are listed in the first post.

I 'll think it over it to reach a good balance between flexibility and stability.
