Stance Theme Development [RevCMS]

Hello Guys,

So for a couple of months now I have had an interest in opening a retro, and I wanted to deliver something to the community that is different and unique and not your typical retro that you see nowadays. So I started working on a new RevCMS theme that will be used on the retro. Basically posting for opinions, suggestions, ideas, etc. So feel free to let me know what you think overall or towards something specific. *NOTES*

- The top part of the staff page was taken from Habway, yes, so credits to them I personally love it so I wanted to incorporate into Stance Hotel , I did PS the image a bit so i can make the width bigger, and I also did change some things such as if you reload page, each avatar will change their location and their gesture, and throughout the CMS some parts and designs were taking to stuff that I liked / thought would go good with the rest of the theme.

- Will be creating / adding some kind of texture to the body background with a small opacity to give some flavor and so its not so blank. Still looking for what to use though so if you have any ideas let me know!

- Like I said please let me know what you think, all opinions are accepted(:

The font seriously needs changing.

As nobrain said, you could really use some other font (such as Roboto).

Good job, the font need changing just like what nobrain said.
It would look good if you integrate a font that has a smooth feeling and not sharp edges.

Yeah I agree, Im going over the fonts now throughout the whole CMS, will be going for a Sans-Serif font, will look cleaner and more simple!

Thanks for the best wishes, and also as I state under the "Notes" I do say anything that I thought was attractive from CMS's I have in my folders, I did use, I am not trying to take credit for things like that which is why I do state that in the notes.

This looks an amazing project I love the theme keep going cant wait to see it finished!

Hey guys just have a pretty decent update with this CMS that I would like to share with you and get your opinions! Ill post the updated screenies of the pictures with comments for each page following that screenie! Here are some things though that I have changed throughout the CMS:

- Font Changed to a San Serif font (thanks guys for the earlier feedback)

I really like how you think. This is one of the best RevCMS design I have seen lately.
But be sure that this theme doesnt only have that look, be sure its secure and safe.

The logout button may just be me but just looks so plain up there!

Other then that its a lot of good changes since the last time I have seen this, Good Job!

UPDATE 3:

This is a pretty small update compared to the last one however figured it was worth posting. Added an Alert system to the CMS so below I will attach the pictures as well sort of explain how it works just so you guys are understanding the whole idea of it etc.

Please Note...

I will begin off by saying this alert system is not finished as far as design preferences so I am aware that most of the alerts are not 100% look great however I am working on some new PS boxes for them.

How this system works:
This CMS alert is controlled by the HK by the designated ranks on the hotel. And to start off basically a staff member can make an alert which will show up at the top of the body on every page.

There are 4 different alerts you can create:
- Normal Alert
- Successful / Good News Alert
- Warning Alert
- Danger Alert
*In reality the only differences between them all are the style of the background box*

Lastly about the system, you can post more than one alert and x amount will show up on the CMS, then you can also delete specific alerts if necessary.

Hershzy I have to say the design is pretty decent ( 6.5/10) but what I disliked with your theme is the designing part , you have taken multiple things from other themes such as galaxys hotel dropdown & menu design like ddos already stated. Another thing that you stole is the box titles from habbcrazy.net
(Gyazo - add7bfe38fa8e9270229e15e456c8ef0.png) . So im not impressed that you have taken lots of css changed it around abit and then think that this theme is a unique one, what I see when i take a look on it is that you have taken things and that dosn't make me happy at all. You should atleast give out credits for the Css you stole from other websites!

It's appealing, but there's no consistency. It's also really difficult to tell what you've done because it's so obvious that there are components from other design thrown in.

Closed after lack of activity within a month.
