It would probably be better if you didn't just grab random private server clients and throw shit together. It's not that the method is pointless, it's that if you don't know what you are doing you will run into issues. Working with EP4.X server files? Grab a "clean" ace client and just get it working for starters. After that you can then start looking to leech random shit from other clients.
DreamACE/SkyFighter/SkyShadow are the ones I know off the top of my head that are modded quite heavily - the latter two being the most considerably modded deep down in my eyes.
TL;DR work with clean shit, then expand.

So,if you had read one tutorial:
1) Make your account/character with Administrator Permissions (Account: 128 - in DB: AccountType, Character: 130 - in DB: Race)
2)Put ALL your .dat files in res-map in server side (ServerFolder/map)
3)Put ALL your .obj files (only of Res-Obj) in server side (ServerFolder/map/Res-Obj)
4)Put your interface.tex/quest.tex/omi.tex in server side (ServerFolder/map/Res-Tex)
5)Put your AO.atm in server side (ServerFolder/map/Res-Exe)
6)Make new omi.tex and follow point 4
If after those point you still have error check if your ao.atm is compatible with other resource files and check your resource file.
