To set yourself as admin in website just use this query
update memb_info set admincp = '1' where memb___id = 'YOUR USERNAME'
can be found also in Config.ini at end...

How to install website ? well its simple..
1) download xampp 1.7.1 ( Not tested on other version )
2) put files in htdocs folder
3) open config.ini.php and edit settings ( at end of file change CODE and copy it )
4) Open browser and type "localhost" and you will see install section
5) paste code and click on Database to install.
6) if all Green and success then open config.ini.php again and set CODE = 0 ( 0 = Install Disabled )
7) at and of config.ini.php is a query script to set your acc AdminCP :P
the website i made myself in 2 weeks, and a lot of bugs fixed in 3 weeks period but well still some might be left for other server DB then zTeam & Titans Tech :) test and fix!

xamex, use 1.7.1 xampp :P because website is using mssql NOT mssqli :)
Umka, you can use original main from zTeam client if you want to :P its not like there is anything changed except dll name.

ignor the shortcut thing as well LOL there is server start that will run all except GS and CS :)
anyway my guess that your problem is in JS connection to database and if so then there might be just one reason :)
change database name in JoinServer config file, connection.ini as there db name is MuOnline10 yet i guess that you need MuOnline

How to start server:
1) Open CS folder and RUN "CS.exe" ( Connect Server for ppl to connect to your server )
2) RUN "Start Servers.exe" and wait for it to open & close servers...
3) RUN GameServer shortcut ( Or simply open GameServer folder and run ExedonGS.exe )
DONE
well before you turn on server you know that had to edit SQL user pass, connection IP, restore db, run ODBC etc etc...... ^^
