Re: Stable Emu [2000+ users]
You should mention if you can pay and what you can pay. There is a few emulators that can handle this amount of users but you won't find them in the release section.
Re: Stable Emu [2000+ users]
I think Azure EMU would matching your description, the last version is stable, and it can handle over 2000 players online.
Re: Stable Emu [2000+ users]
I know this isn't exactly the answer you're looking for, but if you have 2000+ concurrent users connected you're pretty lucky, pick up a book or look online on how to program. It really isn't that hard and you will learn an invaluable skill, and not be reliant on anyone else for your websites success. Otherwise, enjoy the buggy broken doo doo emulators here on RaGEZONE or pay some asshole to do it for you (be sure he doesn't run off with your hotel and users).
Re: Stable Emu [2000+ users]
If you have enough money on this world you can even buy the original Habbo server, lol.
//
It depends on you, how much you can pay.
Their are many emulators that can easily hold 2000+ or more.
Cheers,

Next time point it out. What emu? You guys keep saying many emu , but with that isn't a helpful statement at all.

Phoenix compatible database!
Comet? :D

You could try using jonteh's Fresh Emu which is compatible with phoenix database.

Fresh emu stucks (released version) a bag load of bugs plus exploits and badly coded sockets in the released one too
Re: Stable Emu [2000+ users]
What I would say is, hire someone who can code and use the base of the Mango Emulator.
Or just use the comet and update it.
Re: Stable Emu [2000+ users]
First OP, do not EVER pay for server files.
Looking at free options, which, personally, would be the better, you can either try Azure (which I've ran before in a 500+ hotel), or simply go on and do it for yourself.

If OP has 500+ online he should rather hire a developer then use something free from this forum. Like already mentioned here, get in touch with the creator of Comet, I believe this emulator has been tested with 5,000+ online.
Re: Stable Emu [2000+ users]
Don't use Azure before the duplication bug gets fixed. Imagine a hotel with 2000 users and 200 of them realises that they can get infinite credits.
Re: Stable Emu [2000+ users]
Tell me, if you want to be in contact for Comet (Matou19.Mathis on Skype)
Re: Stable Emu [2000+ users]
I think you can hold 2000k users with the old butterfly r98 source for sure with some edits it's possible. The most important of an emulator is the CPU and memory usage and the sockets ofcourse :) Without a good asynchronous socket handler is your server doomed to fail..
Azure is on the good way but I should warn you for some dangerous intern leaks that rise up your memory usage. There is for example an exploit in Battle Banzai that give your server an very high memory usage.

Will be fixed in Azure 2.0 or above. We will pin point this memory leak and
fix it... Done. As Azure has had a few other memory leaks, which was fixed.
Re: Stable Emu [2000+ users]
If I were you, I would use the Phoenix Emulator 3.11 the original one.
Then setup a licence server using BIND. That would fix your so called
problem, for the mean time.

The original phoenix can handle 2k users.
Phoenix is not that bad. Use the non decompiled one, for
the mean time.
Re: Stable Emu [2000+ users]
I would advise you against using Azure emulator, many have sugguested it but what they don't realise is that it has different duplication bugs, and other major bugs. I have seen comet run with over 3000+ online, and if you have a hotel with this many users, i'm sure you can aford whatever the cost of comet is. Otherwise i would advise you to hire someone to complete and fix a emulator for you. There are alot of stable emulators out there, but they are not just download and direct use. Plus emu, there is a comet server release, fresh emu and firewind all of these are stable, but they need alot of work done on them so that they can be ran on a hotel like yours.
Hope you find what you are looking for!
Re: Stable Emu [2000+ users]
Thanks but my mate found a phoenix emulator and fixed it up.. Close thread please :)
