Where do i find the TXT dealing with Gladiator Honor/Glory Drops from Vulcanus?

I search high and low...

...even in Mus that are not related to Global Mu or anything, just for an IDEA of what is the deal behind that buff you win at duels and you need to use on Hero mobs of Vulcanus... and yet i find nothing.

Its kinda embarrassing how we know everything there is on this game up to the last update EXCEPT for something that came out years ago in season 4.5.
