Ran server & vmware

Hi help please
i already set the ran server,database,odbc, no error,

but i dont know what i put in ip.
coz in VMWARE ip see in pictures

if i put my VMWARE ip in cfg.
no error. but if i go in my PC and open the ran client/game.exe
i always dc.

and if i put my pc ip i have bind error 10049

fix i dont use vmware. i just use my pc. coz ep3 only the files.

another error :D
i can login works fine. but if i move to market. i stuck. nothing happens.
And

if i open GMCharEdit. and set correctly.
then ok say USER DB FAILED TO open.
i already check 10times the odbc and database and cfg.

nothing happen.
