how to balance character

Hi , ive been studying how to balance my character in my sever for almost 1 month already :(
Because MG are too weak and summoner dont have enough HP . and wizard cant be kill.
How to fix it ? im already tired trying my best how to balance it but i cant :(
Im using MUengine files and my max stats are 32767 but they are not balance :( please help

i rent this server but self manage that's why there is so many bug :(
