Hello Ragezone.

If i do :userinfo (his name) there will be a message the user doesnt exist. When i try to go to userinfo with mod tools i log out. The user has also all commands like :ha and can rank people
Does anybody know ho to fix this?

you better disable your flagme command.
Post the 'flagme' command. I'm wondering why he'd get extra access.
This have nothing to do with the flagme command. Probably there is a exploit in your CMS and a bug in your userinfo. Post the link from your hotel so we can check if there are exploits or not.

I would suggest you to switch emulator.
You can easily find another stable one with more features.
Not sure what CMS you are using, there is a known exploit in the settings page where they change their password, try removing that page from your CMS and see how you go with that.
