Google is your friend. I'm sure if you look hard enough you will find it. It might be renamed to something like ummmm, Evasive? I could be wrong, I just might be leading you down an empty path. Who knows anything can happen.
You wont find it on the webs under Terra Online or Terra Online V2.
Your best bet is to get it from someone that played the game and still has it installed, or to find a server that is already using it like aqua mentioned.
