create shortcut to chatserver.exe and exdb.exe , add ip in shortcut 127.0.0.1

Doesn't mean he did :)

right click exdb go to target line and at the end add 127.0.0.1 and run the program as admin if it still fails its a database connection problem.

u dont even have to fix it, i had this and it doesnt affect even 0.01% on chat server or anything concerning the game
whenever it requires chatserver it will automatically reconnect....
