Error: Connection to the field server has been closed. Game will be terminated

We have got an issue like this on our server, and we couldn't find out the reason why. This error gets worse when the server has got more than 6 players, it gets better when the server has got under 6 while the internet speed and the server both good. Here is some pictures.

Which files do you use? Did you compile your own server?
