anyone who got this file and want to share...
Google for Tantra Global K5 client and take the necessary folders you need from there. The resource folder will work for K4. The system folder will work as well with alterations like TantraParam.tpa, HTMessage.txl, ClientRes.txl. Those files you will have to make yourself.
ill try this... some client doesn't work for me, lost all my files. thank you for the tips @jbeitz107
