[Release] LegendDN decrypt tool

This tool can decrypt Resource00-12.pak from legenddn and maybe falcondn,eternaldn
TL;DR: They encrypt *.DNT,*.PTC,*.XML files from resource00-12 , decompression(pak unpacker) tools will fail to extract, so i made this tool.

Version 1.1:
This will work with resource.pak after 10 november 2015 (november) and newer.
This decrypts xml,act,dnt. Act decryption support was added.

1.open cmd
2.navigate to folder of DN
3.run this command:

Requirements to run this tool:
VC++ Redist 2013 x86

Was tested only on legend client.
For other servers you can contact me to make decrypt tool.

it work on ressource00 - resource10, but failed in resource11 - resource13
they do protecting the ACT file,as far as i know..maybe

I might help unpacking 11-13. I tried unpack resources from 11-13 on falcondn ver 128 with my unpacker and it did unpack the resources normally without using alin's tool. I'm trying to catch up since it's been awhile since i put some time in this game. hehe

Sorry, Im new here and i just runned a dragon nest server just yesterday by following protocolbeta guide. and i use True DN as client. I just wanna learn some things.
