open: C:\athena\conf\battle_athena.conf and search:
// Rate at which exp. is given. (Note 2) (Note 3)
base_exp_rate: 100 <--- this
// Rate at which job exp. is given. (Note 2) (Note 3)
job_exp_rate: 100 <--- this
NOTE : 100 = 1x, 200 = 2x , etc
