v83 Mob Skill Bug.

I just got back into creating/coding maplestory private servers and i'm having and issue.
There will be 10 mobs but when i use dragon roar or any multi hitting skill it will only hit/kill 1 or 2 mobs instead of the 4-6 mobs it calls for.
Its been a while and I'm hoping you guys have a fix for this. The quest table btw has been deleted and re-executed, nil fix. I'm also having a problem d/cing from the map after so many minutes killing mobs and sending me to the login screen. I'm not sure if this has anything to do with the mob skill bug.

I don't exactly remember what was the cause of it. The first thing that pops in my mind is the Skill.WZ.
It's possible that a certain value was reduced from 4-6 to 1-2. And that the string value of the description was never changed.
