Help me to push the graphic and reduce popups, client or server-side

Hello Aion experts :):

I own the Aion NA Client Version 4.7.5.9 with Aion Core 4.7.5.x 1-Click Server.
MY RIG: i7 4790k 16GB RAM gtx 970 client and server on SSD.
Aion graphics settings all max.

my problem is popups from NPC's and objects is very noticeable.

is there to reduce a server or client-side option?

in the wow emulators, there is a server-side setting
Visibility.Distance.Continents

Is there something similar in the Aion servers also?
or possibly an adjustment in the system.cfg, system.ovr, systemoptiongraphics.cfg from client? an adjustment to push the drawdistance from terrain and objects,npc's over the max settings?
