just find out how to open ports 44405 and 55901/55919 and u will be alright.. also port 80 for web if u will use.

Some modems aren't always that simple some modems you haft to changer certain settings turn off firewalls etc..

I gave the basic simple task on what he has to open dude, first he should try and then we will see what if he does something wrong ....
