I want a programming course to improve, what language should I learn to improve my programming in warz?

Uhm I don't really understand the question.. Because WarZ / Eclipse Engine is written in C++. So you should learn C++?
Or do you mean another language to base your knowledge of off that?

Yes, you need to learn C++ for this. Java will get you nowhere in this engine, as it does not use that coding language.
I will tell you a story about a man,
He began his journey learning and coding in GML (GameMaker). He was fluent in most website languages such as HTML, PHP, CSS, Javascript he then went onto learning ActionScript for flash he become pretty knowledgeable in that area and was then stuck with what to do. He decided to go into content designing such as 3D Modelling and Map Design. Around a year ago he decided to take a look at WarZ which uses C++ language and with technically no knowledge of the language is doing pretty well for himself, manages to get by day by day.
That brings him to today writing this message.
So yea the language is C++ but if you have passion and time you don't need a "Course" just grab the source and get digging, read and learn the connections its not hard.
Remember A+B=C. Simple if's and but's.
