[Seal Online] Old Archived Files

It's been a while since I noticed Seal Online no longer supported by RaGEZONE. I am looking for an active Seal Online development community, but yet failed to find one, except RaGEZONE but it isn't active anymore.

I am looking an active community like rathena (Ragnarok Online Emulator), I believe there is somewhere out there an active Seal Online emulator community because there is a private server who have "Mandragora Pet Update" which is the latest update of Seal Online Blade of Destiny.
