Check if ur api folder is in wwroot/interpup/api or wwroot/interpup/warz/api and check if u build it as Application in IIS

Check IP in Solution, Your folder API,
Msql and db.

its api is in a wrong place or some ip is wrong

HTTP404: Means that it wasn't found
