Can someone help me code some commands!

Hey guys,
Im currently using Azure Emu 2.0

Im just wondering is anyone could code me some commands as i have no idea how to code commands.

I want to make a police/Security rank for users,

Police/Security Commands
:jail "Name" "Reason" (Send user to a room and cant leave for x minutes)
:warn (Give user a warning)
:release (Releases a user from the room)
:taze (Freezes a user in that spot)
:backup (Calls for other staff/Police users)
:hire (Hires a user for x Rank) (Owner rank only)
:fire (Fire users to rank 1) (Owner rank only)
:callpolice (Calls a police member) (any user can use this)
:seewarrant (See the reason why user got jailed)
:pay (Pays a user coins from your wallet)

Other commands.
:sell x amount (Sells the room for x amount)
:buy (Buys the room)

I know these commands are out there but i cant find them or they arent for Azure Emu and are for R63 and i have R63B....
If anyone could please code these i will repay the favour somehow...
If anybody knows any website where they do this for cash please give me the link or private message me.
Any help would be much appreciated.
