How to make Server go Online

I hope someone can read and help me about this.Everything is working fine.
I used Season 4 server files my problem is, I want my friends to connect in me from there house.
I tried my best to put my global ip/external ip. But they can't still connect, but with my local ip and when they bring laptops to my house and connect to my local ip they can connect.Thanks :D

I made the server for my friends only, No plans of opening it to the whole world wide.
It's okay to be lag but I just want to know how so my friends can connect to me even they were not in my house.

I just need what Ip address should I put inside connect server etc. and main.exe
When I use local ip, it connects but when I use global Ip, it won't connect

Need to forward the ports... Need to check your internet connection, if you have NAT IP you cannot do this.

Buy a VPS for 10$/ mo and install the serverfile on it, and you can play with your friends... and 10$.... is nothink...

Hi, I tried a year ago to host a server using my Internet cennection and my PC.
But I just forget how.

Can I know if my IP address is not?
And what IP address should I put on Connectserver,Commonloc,Iplist,Mapserverinfo?

Then install hamachi create a network and use the IPv4 of the hamachi ip you have to the files and client and tell ur friends to install hamahi and join ur network and they will be able to play world wide

Should I put the ipv4 of hamachi on main.exe too?

Connectserver, CommonLoc, Iplist, Mapinfoserver = (Should I put hte ipv4 of hamachi)

I tried to put both but still disconnected from the server.

Best advices i can give you .. make a no-ip server for dynamic ip or even better use static ip ....if youre lazy :)
Or use @KarLi solution hamachi is maybe better then no-ip for friends :)

If your gonna use it for just you and friends hamachi only supports up to 5 people per group change the server and client ip to hamachi. Make a group in hamachi and make ur friends connect to that hamachi group and make them download the client.

Making the game public go to What's My IP Address? - Obsolete Browser Page get ur public ip change ur ip in server/client to public ip go into your router settings you can find ur default gateway in cmd open command prompt type ipconfig look for default gateway copy those numbers go to browser and put in those numbers and sign in to your router and find virtual server and open ports and turn off ur firewall and everything should work.

To make local just open cmd type ipconfig find ipv4 address and make that ur client/server ip.

Is it because my global ip don't accept any application or other 3rd party that's why I can't make it through hamachi?
