I would like to know that too, although haven't tried to do anything with them, I have this feeling that it will be required to build them from scratch on new files, like to open worlds, set portals, set quests and its sequences, monsters locations, ranges and etc. So it will be like building brand new dungeons from the existing files.
But if I get something, I will definitely share it.

It shouldn't be to hard since all old quest dungeons don't require too complicated scripts.
Nevertheless after my exams I'll eventually look into those headers from world.mcl files to figure them out.
