1. Create a new account in MSSQL (older account characters not work, some problem with the cells of the inventory) and create new characters
login and pass is now base64 with replacement "=" on "#"
example:
Base64 decode / encode online. Online base64 decoder / encoder. Base64 онлайн кодер / декодер.
"test" = "dGVzdA==" ->> "dGVzdA##"
2. From client folder copy files (with replacement) in server folder:
- GameData\GameData.cfs ->> C9_SERVER\GameData\
- MapData\SUV_ArenaStage\SUV_ArenaStage.cfs ->> C9_SERVER\MapData\SUV_ArenaStage\
3. English patch - as in the previous version.

need to test (i'm a little run in the game, the packet error i did not see), about the gameplay (guild, maps, etc) - i can not tell))

found the first serious bug - drop item is not displayed, do not pick up ... where to look for the problem - i know ... started to work (hopefully - fix it)

the client in terms of added things, is like the old one , didnt added nothing, and it was supposed to be added , maybe you will have to add them on data

c9.exe "epic" protected VM - this is problem for me
v.1222 - i remember about him (will work with him on a little later)
p.s. v.1222 - no pet's (look folder GameData, no folders Pet.... in v4.8 - present)
p.s.2. if who needs client v4.8 no XignCode - it's here (if you will be working with the new file server (which is protection) -i think, it is likely to be useful)

You will need only to change full server files :)

new client should have new server files. that a simple for every game. you will not have a pet system until crack or unpack a new files or source. cause that server files packet system should be match with client for use all the news system from official. seen this server files is not support with new data maybe the c9 developer team they change something on files or upgrade the whole of client files. that why new client cannot use. or if can use you will have a ton of bug with new system.


ps.don't forget db side for new system too. it not that easy. if you want new stuff first thing we should work on .c9d cause that files is pack config files. all of information will see in this.


from this time should let lastfun work with new files. it too bad that i never crack or do anything about unpack. can't help T^T


for now to add new stuff you just random client that match with this files. that a only way to add new item or other stuff.

İ have C9_FullSetup_XYX_ver4_6_140903 now update file. @lastfun need new server files edit ?same v1222 version

Without this unpacker you cant update your game.

We've found a lot of data is heavily encrypted and hard to access, so some things we'd like to develop aren't yet possible. If we had source code like most of the other sections this would be a totally different story as we could get around it more easily, but at the moment a few of us have hit roadblocks. Because of this they still look at C9, but also spend time on other games too, because C9 is being painful to work with right now.

But more will come in future. Just might be slowly sometimes.

I totally agree with you @fallenfate, like without the new and ready server files and db , theres no where to work on it ,also, as we all know the only way to get new files for C9 , is buying from someone , hackers method to get files from Webzen . Anyway , It would be easily if somebody got them and post it , but seems like that the only ones who had it was "EPICC9 Team" and they just dissapeared with their server and files . Personally i dont think that C9 Forum will go ahead if no one with good intentions post newer files.

Some news here:
So a chinese friend of mine showed me a crazy chinese private server.
That server has nightmare set so it's probably the epicc9 files.
He showed me the server via teamviewer (and yes I am 100% sure it was the private server since the launcher looked different than the offical cn c9 which I also play + a lot of people in town had the pvp world championship auspice).
They also have a convenient tool that starts up with the game that allows you to spawn items .
Sadly, my chinese friend wasn't sure either where to get these files :(

They have a QQ (messenger) group consisting of 2000+ people, the server is crazy packed while official chinese server is rather empty now
I asked my friend whether he can ask the owner for the files but he said he does not know the owner personally
However, apparently the owner of this server is the guy who made the C9 Kite multihack.

Who is Ruihan Zhu?

Anyway, DUANG is not a name, it is just something chinese people say in the internet, it was sort of a trend word or something, has no meaning and is not related to the hack basically.
My friend was the guy who made the video about Kite. He was also the reseller for Kite as far as I know.

My friend asked the owner in QQ messenger group and he said the files are not for sale.

Also, there is no website for this server, only the QQ group.

Do not want to sell , do not want to share ... Maybe he still have plans with these files , maybe another "epicc9 2" open further ... Maybe ..:$: . He knows he can do more money opening servers across the globe , than selling them ... . // My opinion .
