Can anyone please show me the right Direction for obtaining all the needed "*.SMA" Files?!? or how to create them?!? I searched the
complete "Ace Online" Section.

no need to create. just download and put to server map folder. then open it by sma editor.
sma file will control monster spawn. file name should be same with map's '.dat'
