Help Vsro no Connected in Other pc

Hola Necesito ayuda , Pude poner online un server en la pc de mi amigo . todo esta bien en su pc puede entrar bien con ip publica y todo , firewall y antivirus desactivado , solo necesitaria una ayuda para qe el server este online en mi pc , abro el launcher y me sale offline como si estubiera en inspeccion, lo unico que no le hice al server es ponerle SRpatcher por que no se para que es pero lo demas intente todo i no puedo ponerlo online en m i pc cualquier ayuda serviria . Hi I need help, you can put online one server on the PC of my friend. all is well in your pc can go well with public ip and all firewall and antivirus disabled, only need a help to the online server qe My Computer, open the launcher and I get offline as if you were in inspection, the only thing i did not put the server is not SRpatcher that is to try everything else but i can not put it online on my pc would serve any help.
