Moderation Tickets error

Hello,

I'm getting bug with mod tickets (I am not able to pick the issue of the reporter) and I believe its because of this error:

Error in query:
INSERT INTO moderation_tickets (score,type,status,sender_id,reported_id,moderator_id,message,room_id,room_name,timestamp) VALUES (1,'122','open','41','2124','0' @message,'719' @name,'1454608114.5489')
MySql.Data.MySqlClient.MySqlException (0x80004005): Column count doesn't match value count at row 1

How can I fix this? Thanks in advance.
