Most of the ports for the Game and Game server CS server can be set in MapServerInfo, Representatives or the Launcher, ServerList.

just open command prompt and write netstat -n
then go in client>login>open character.
then write again netstat -n in command prompt and find 55901 or whatever port the gs is.
same with the CS, but usually CS stays 44405, not many ppl care to chagne that.
