Event capture the Flag always open

Hi guys,


Although I've set capture the flag time in Schedular but when player login into game anytime will see the notice of this event still running. In fact, capture flag option in Event So-OK is always open anytime but when click in. It shows "You may not register at this time.

Sorry if my question is a bit "noob" but anyway, Im new in SRO privated server, and I also have been googling many times but get nothing to solved my problem, then my very last way is posted here and hope some one help.
