Mastery limit item for china chars

Hi,

i have trouble. My SR_GameServer return me fatal log:

I need set to chinesse items lock to their mastery. It's same as eu characters with gear. But need do same restriction for CH characters gear and weapons. But SR_GameServer (or my database - idk) is not prepared for this.

273 is code for Cold Mastery, and have it in database, but SR_GS is not working with it. It is possible to resolve it? Or edit it in some procedure? I can't find anything.
