Animations messed up

So, I took a client from: http://forum.ragezone.com/f938/cento...erver-1076106/ thread.

It works, except for the fact that animations are all messed up.
To be more specific, for example: on action/combat stance, the character does not use the weapon, instead it "punch/box" the enemy with hands (obviously with weapon in hand, but not using it). for example: gunner, punch the enemy instead of shooting it.

Whats going on?
Does anyone have a proper working client with those files?
