Error RevCMS

Hello guys so i've been trying to setup RevCMS using Xampp the newest version.

When i tried i got this error:

So i dont understand what there is going on beside Class.engine.php have some error.

For rev to work on xampp you need to use Xampp 1.7.3

I do that. But i have now changed to a new version. Now i get those problems:

Warning: mysql_result() [function.mysql-result]: Unable to jump to row 0 on MySQL result index 22 in C:\xampp\htdocs\app\class.engine.php on line 110

Am trying to setup the new version with PlusEMU, and its database.
