Find difference in 2 Codes?

Is there a Program that can look at an old Version Of a program Decompile it

And decompile a newer version of program when theres not that much difference between

the two and highlight the added / removed / changed code?

Like Spot the difference between two iidentical .exe's

Like Diff between a cracked Version of Ventrilo 2.2.0 and A non- Cracked Version 2.3.0

For code you can use Eclipse, its specially designed to spot and keep track of different versions of the same project. Dunno if it can handle .exe's though.

Might try your luck with a good hex-editor :)
