run all of those sql query on your mssql 2008 r2 :D
tested and working not like those defaults one from Stored Procedures I just removed those something like USE [Account] and below etc...
credits for those who released it already and who tested and those who working on it, not me but you can include me hehe :D

the easy way to wipe-out is reinstall/restore/overwrite Database with default clean database..
