Hello, so I've added a couple of customs to my r63 phoenix hotel, but some items, even when it is for Phoenix, can't be added in. I get this error message saying that for example "#342245 isnt valid" or something. I can add a screenshot later if nobody understand, but either way it would be really nice with some help.
